12 Week Leadership and Coaching Programme for Women in Business
Introduction to the Course
The Management and Leadership space has radically changed. In 1986 managers and leaders spent 20% of their working time communicating with others. In 1997 this was 70% (Drucker, P). In 2018, the conversational stakes are even higher.
The quality of our conversations and relationships determines what gets done, and how well things get done. In fact, ineffective conversations leads to organisational waste and threatens competitive advantage.
What sets you apart as an effective leader is your ability to harness the power of conversations and relationships to generate coordination of action in and through others.
This Leadership Programme offers a new business technology which is refreshingly different and gets you results. We focus on three core areas:
- The Art of Language in Leadership
- Using Moods to Influence Others
- Leadership Presence and Embodiment
